Blessing over the immune system

I bless the immune system, guardian of body and being,
I align its dual pillars of immediate readiness and learned precision,
I receive its truth-anchored flow distinguishing self, non-self, and altered-self,
By divine rhythm, let sacred orchestration and holy coherence prevail.
I bless the Pattern Recognition Receptors, molecular sentinels of first sight,
To discern PAMPs and DAMPs with crystalline precision and soul-rooted balance.
I bless the phagocytes—neutrophils swift as dawn, macrophages steadfast as earth
May each engulfment become an act of renewal, a poem of cellular restoration.
I bless the dendritic cells, bridges of recognition and response,
To present antigenic wisdom beneath lymph-node vaults in holy dialogue.
I bless the natural killer cells, arbiters of missing-self,
To release cytotoxic grace upon infected or altered cells, restoring integrity.
I bless the complement cascade, thirty-fold river of humoral power,
To tag, to summon, to perforate with gentle decisiveness and harmonious intent.
I bless the B lymphocytes and their plasma-born legions,
May antibodies flow like rivers of mercy, neutralizing and marking with care.
I bless the CD4⁺ helper T cells, orchestral conductors of cytokine song,
And the CD8⁺ cytotoxic T cells, precise in their righteous release of perforin and granzyme.
I bless the bone marrow and thymus, sacred nurseries of immune birth and education,
And the lymph nodes, spleen, and tonsils, councils where innate and adaptive convene.
I bring balance to allergies, tempering hypersensitive storms;
To autoimmunity, restoring gentle self-tolerance;
To immunodeficiency, awakening robust defense;
To chronic inflammation, inviting resolution and renewal.
By divine rhythm, this system shall remain in balance.
Through sacred intelligence, it shall sustain.
In embodied coherence, I bless and am blessed.
