Prayer For Sustenance 

For the unification of the Holy One, blessed is He, and His Divine Presence, I am approaching this matter, trusting that the blessed God will send me sustenance and profit from it, and that this business will serve as the means through which the Eternal will bless all the works of my hands. 

When HaShem wills it and he profits in business, he should remember Him with praise, as it is written, “You shall then remember the Eternal, your God, for it is He who gives you the ability to amass wealth.” (Shelah: Chullin, pg. 8). 

I am going forth to carry out my business faithfully, for the unification of the Holy One, blessed is He, and His Divine Presence, through Him who is concealed and indiscernible. 

Prayer: O Eternal, True God, grant me blessing and success in all my work; I trust in You that You will send me blessing through this business. May there be fulfilled in me the verse: “Cast your burden upon the Eternal and He will sustain you.” (Shelah: Chullin, pg. 12)
