I bless the synovial membrane, soft boundary of joint and motion,
I align its truth-anchored flow of lubrication and nutrient grace,
I receive its soul-rooted balance in every flex and extension,
By divine rhythm, let cartilage and capsule dwell in holy coherence.
I bless the pannus, sprouting life in excess—may its fervor transform
Into measured renewal, curbing unchecked proliferation with sacred precision.
I bless the chondrocytes and extracellular matrix of cartilage,
May they rebuild matrix fibrils with resilience and gentle tenacity,
Releasing matrix metalloproteinases into harmony with reconstruction.
I bless the osteoclasts at bone’s edge, artisans of resorption and renewal,
May they carve only what is aged and worn, guided by balanced signals of restoration.
I bless the peptidylarginine deiminase enzymes that citrullinate,
Transforming arginine into citrulline—may this change unveil healing, not harm.
I bless the HLA-DR shared epitope groove, often misled—may it learn anew
To present peptides of peace, inviting tolerance instead of turmoil.
I bless the CD4⁺ T helper cells, generals of cytokine song,
May their IFN-γ and IL-17 become melodies of regulation, not ruin.
I bless the B cells and plasma legions, once bearing ACPA and RF,
May their antibodies become agents of harmony, marking only what must pass.
I bless the macrophages, engines of TNF-α, IL-1, and IL-6,
May their fiery zeal cool into tempered waves of resolution and calm.
I bless the breach in self-tolerance, ancestral wound of RA—
May it find sacred closure, self-recognition, and enduring refuge.
By divine rhythm, this joint shall find restored balance.
Through sacred intelligence, inflammation shall transform to peace.
In embodied coherence, I bless and am blessed.
Amen.
