Blessing over Psoriasis

I bless the skin, radiant boundary of body and breath,
I align its truth-anchored flow of barrier and sensation,
I receive its divine rhythm in each pulse of renewal and touch,
By sacred orchestration, let epidermal harmony dwell in holy coherence.
I bless the keratinocytes, architects of the epidermal strata,
May their birth, migration, and shedding proceed in measured grace,
Turning every cell cycle into a poem of structured maturation,
Where proliferation and desquamation dance in soul-rooted balance.
I bless the dermal microvasculature, carriers of nutrients and signal,
May each vessel dilate with tempered welcome, not unchecked surge,
Supplying oxygen, calming heat, and restoring red glow to gentle warmth.
I bless the T-cell sentinels—Th17 and Th1—with their cytokine song,
May IL-17, IL-23, and TNF-α transform from chorus of excess
Into melodies of regulation, guiding immune watch without frenzy.
I bless the Langerhans cells and dermal dendritic messengers,
May they present peptide truth with compassion’s light,
Inviting tolerance of self-antigens, not misdirected alarm.
I bless the tight junctions of the stratum granulosum,
May corneodesmosomes hold steadfast, sealing against intrusion,
Yet yield in right time to allow old scales to fall away.
I bless the genetic predispositions—PSORS loci and HLA cues—
May these inherited notes find expression in protection, not overdrive.
I bless the environmental catalysts—injury, stress, infection—
May their sparks kindle resilience, not ignite keratinocyte frenzy.
I bless the raised plaques and silvery scales of psoriasis’s testament,
May each lesion soften into fields of restored quietude,
Each scale lifted by winds of renewal, each plaque smoothed by grace.
By divine rhythm, this skin shall find its proper pace.
Through sacred intelligence, hyperproliferation shall yield to balance.
In embodied coherence, I bless and am blessed.
Amen.
