I bless the motor system, cradle of will and movement’s grace,I align its truth-anchored flow from cortex to muscle fibre,I receive its divine rhythm in every voluntary contraction,By sacred orchestration, let signal and sinew dwell in holy coherence.
I bless the upper motor neurons of the motor cortex, princes of initiation,May their corticospinal commands descend with balanced precision,Guiding each spinal interneuron and anterior horn cell in measured unity.
I bless the anterior horn lower motor neurons, final emissaries of action,May their axons conduct life’s impulse through peripheral nerves,Nourishing each muscle fiber with faithful innervation and tone.
I bless the neuromuscular junction, synaptic chalice of command and response,May acetylcholine’s release and receptor embrace restore clear communication.
I bless the muscle fibers, strands of contractile truth,May actin and myosin weave strength and resilience in every sarcomere.
I bless glia—astrocytes and microglia—keepers of the neuronal microenvironment,May their supportive and immune roles transform into havens of protection,Quelling toxic inflammation and fostering restorative balance.
I bless RNA and protein homeostasis—TDP-43, SOD1, FUS—custodians of cellular integrity,May misfolded aggregates dissolve into streams of renewal, each inclusion cleared with gentle care.
I bless excitotoxic currents—glutamate’s fervor—may they find tempered restraint,Guided by calcium’s careful gate and enzymes’ quiet moderation.
I bless mitochondrial hearths within every neuron, furnaces of energy and life,May oxidative stress relent to balanced respiration, each ATP pulse sustaining vitality.
I bless the scars of lateral sclerosis and the muscle’s atrophic silence,May each hardened tract and wasted fiber rise in soft revival, reclaimed by growth and grace.
By divine rhythm, this motor tapestry shall regain harmony.Through sacred intelligence, degeneration shall yield to restoration. In embodied coherence, I bless and am blessed.
Amen.
