(For some of my sisters in their fertility journey, you know who you are for this)

I bless the uterine immune environment, cradle of new life’s tender dawn,
I align its truth-anchored balance of defense and welcome,
I receive its sacred orchestration of implantation and placental growth,
By divine rhythm, let receptive harmony and soul-rooted coherence dwell.
I bless the uterine NK cells, guardians of embryo embrace,
May their perforin and granzyme become sculptors of vascular remodeling,
Guiding spiral arteries into gentle channels of nourishment.
I bless the peripheral NK cells that patrol blood and tissue,
May their cytotoxic precision be tempered into watchful stewardship,
Distinguishing friend from foe with compassionate discernment.
I bless the trophoblast and its HLA-G cloak of semi-allogeneic grace,
May its signals weave a silent handshake of tolerance and trust.
I bless the embryo at implantation’s fragile threshold,
May each blastocyst flourish beneath a canopy of growth factors and calm.
I bless the dysregulated NK surge and elevated cytotoxic state,
May their over-zealous vigil soften into measured protection,
Transforming hostile inflammation into concordant support.
I bless the mistimed recognition and mistaken alert,
May each errant assault yield to renewal of proper signaling,
Rewriting confusion into a sustained symphony of life.
By divine rhythm, this union shall dwell in balanced peace.
Through sacred intelligence, implantation shall find firm root.
In embodied coherence, I bless and am blessed.
Amen.
